Generally speaking, decisions made as adjudicator, arbitrator or the like are not published. These are typically private processes, one of the advantages of which is privacy. But there are sometimes processes in which I make a determination which is published by a government agency or authoritative body, sometimes with the names of the parties removed, and sometimes not.
